When you purchase the Totally Hayward System, you receive total warranty coverage designed to be the best in its class. Purchase three or more Hayward products for your pad, (including a Hayward pump and filter and one of our qualifying* heaters, cleaners, chlorinators or controls) and your Hayward equipment is backed by the Totally Hayward Extended Warranty for worry-free pool enjoyment. These high-performance, patented components are compatible with a wide range of other equipment, making it possible to easily retrofit to existing systems.

We warrant our steel for a lifetime.

Our steel swimming pool panels are custom crafted from 14 gauge G-235 Galvanized Steel, giving you a strong steel panel. The panel features a full five-inch top flange on both the straight and curved walls in lengths up to 6'. More vertical supports, approximately every 2'6" and our large horizontal supports provide the most stable panel available. All of our bracing systems are constructed using the same strong steel as our pool panels.

1st season no charge for replacement liner
2nd season 30% of suggested Retail Price at the time of replacement
3rd season 40% of suggested Retail Price at the time of replacement
4th season 50% of suggested Retail Price at the time of replacement
5th season 60% of suggested Retail Price at the time of replacement
6th season 70% of suggested Retail Price at the time of replacement
7th season thru 10th season 80% of suggested Retail Price at the time of replacement
11th Season ( inground only) 80% of suggested Retail Price at the time of replacement

The above warranty is subject to the following conditions:
PLEASE READ AS IT IT YOU RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW THE ALL THE IMPORTANT GUIDE LINES TO MAINTAIN YOUR LINER WARRANTY!

Proof of purchase is manditory with serial number
Season ends December 31 of the calendar year
You must keep your pool liner full of water at all times
Under no conditions will the manufacture be responsible for labour charges , loss of water, chemicals or any other related damages that could occur
Any or all freight charges for any liner returned, repair or replaced must be paid by the owner,
If manufacturer's inspection confirms a defect.
The manufacturer agrees to replace or repair at its option, any portion of the liner.
Poolwerx warrants that your liner/ original puchaser, free from defects in workmanship, for a period of ten seasons, on a pro rated basis as listed.
To assure your warranty remember to examine your liner carefully to assure proper installation and proper winterizing procedures are followed, as the manufacturer is not reponsible for tears or punctures caused by improper handling or chemical abuse.
